During one of E.J.'s homeless outreaches, she mistakenly offered a sandwich to someone she thought was homeless but was instead was a man who was attempting to change a tire. "He says, 'Are you crazy?' " Peaker recalled. " 'I'm waiting here to have my Rolls-Royce tire fixed.' ".
