Nanea Miyata is a Japanese-Hawaiian writer/director who comes from a family partially molded by her older sister who has the rare neurological disorder Rett Syndrome. A multi-hyphenate who also writes music, she wrote, directed and self-produced her first feature film "Christmas Harmony" in 2018, and has been writing and directing movies for television/streaming ever since.
She's the founder of the production company June Street Studios, a boutique film/music production house that specializes in nimble narrative content that seeks to marry fun & cheeky scripts w/ an elevated visual style.
