(AP) -- A member of the Backstreet Boys pop music group tells police that $120,000 in jewelry was stolen from a Stone Mountain hotel where he and his wife were staying. Brian Littrell tells Wsb-tv they were leaving Stone Mountain Park outside Atlanta when they realized the jewelry had been left on a nightstand in their hotel room. He said that when they returned to the hotel to retrieve the items, they were gone. Leighanne Littrell says the $120,000 in jewelry included her engagement ring valued at $110,000. Wsb reports that police were at the hotel Sunday night. Backstreet Boys star Brian Littrell celebrated his 10th wedding anniversary by asking his wife Leighanne Wallace to marry him again. The romantic pop star invited family and friends to his Atlanta, Georgia estate to celebrate the renewal ceremony, which featured his two-year-old son Baylee as best man.

The couple, who wed in September 2000, treated guests to a lavish firework display as they celebrated their big day.

On renewing his wedding vow, Littrell told Et, "It's a different kind of love that we share now being together for so long - being parents, husband and wife, and also mommy and daddy. It's a different dynamic to our relationship, and I think it makes us better as people; makes us better not only for our son, but for each other as well - as lovers, as friends."

Leighanne Littrell, wife of Backstreet Boys singer Brian Littrell, talks about their son Baylee's medical condition after the six-year-old was hospitalized last week. "There were a lot of stories going around, a lot of wrong information on what was going on," Leighanne tells Ok! magazine. "I had heard stories that his heart had hardened or people thought he had cancer, and I just didn’t want it to get so blown up." "Before being admitted, Baylee had been treated for or thought to have had strep throat, hand, foot, mouth disease and erythema multiforme. After receiving a biopsy, blood tests, an Ekg and 2 echocardiograms, Baylee was finally diagnosed with A-Typical Kawasaki Disease," Brian had blogged about his son's condition. The blog entry went on to explain that Kawasaki Disease causes inflammation in the coronary arteries as well as the walls of the small and medium sized arteries throughout the body.
