Travis Kelce is not only making another Super Bowl run with the Kansas City Chiefs in hopes of a three-peat but is also racking up his acting credits.
The NFL star is set to make an appearance opposite Adam Sandler in Happy Gilmore 2 and recently opened up about what it was like to work with the comedian.
“That was a dream come true,” Kelce said on The Pat McAfee Show. I thought SNL was going to be the peak of my acting and showman or entertainment career … working with Happy Gilmore himself, the Sandman and Happy Productions, it was off the chain.”
He continued, “They’re so professional and yet so fun to work with. I felt like I was working with like the Andy Reid of the acting world. [Sandler] is every bit as cool off the screen as he is on the screen. That was a dream come true.

"You want to be king, you have to kill the king." Saban Films has debuted the official trailer for the action comedy titled Killing Gunther, starring the one-and-only badass Arnold Schwarzenegger as Gunther. This looks hilarious and much better than any of the other self-parody work Schwarzenegger has done recently. The plot is about a group of eccentric assassins who are fed up with Gunther, the world's greatest hitman, so they come up with a scheme to kill him. But of course Gunther turns out to always be one step ahead. Along with Schwarzenegger, the film features Cobie Smulders, Hannah Simone, Taran Killam, Allison Tolman, Aaron Yoo, Peter Kelamis, Alex Duncan, Amir Talai, and Bobby Moynihan. Seriously, this looks pretty damn amazing, the kind of action comedy we need more of. I'm so down for this. The "Psych" remake episode, "Cloudy ... With a Chance of Improvement," was a huge treat for long-time fans of the show. It took a so-so Season 1 episode and spruced up the plot a bit, plus brought back a cavalcade of "Psych" guest stars and fun references.
The Jackson Hale murder is still at the core of the episode, but this time, instead of a jealous production assistant, the murderer is a morning show anchor who thinks gigolo Jackson is sleeping with his wife -- and wannabe-weatherman Ruben Leonard gets caught in the crossfire.
There was a lot to spy for the eagle-eyed fan and we've compiled a list for you (which may not even be complete), but if you'd prefer to figure it all out for yourself without help, skip the "Eye Spy" section at the bottom.

Amanda Tapping in the fourth season of Stargate: Atlantis.
Amanda Tapping, Colin Ferguson, Lou Diamond Phillips, Ryan Robbins and Allison Mack will be among a host of television stars attending a gala in Vancouver on September 24th to raise funds for research into Hunter Syndrome.
The condition, also known as Mps II, is a genetic disorder that affects children. It substantially reduces their lifespan and afflicts them with a variety of degenerative symptoms that increase in severity with age. Currently there is no cure for the rare syndrome, which is estimated to affect around 2000 children worldwide.
The aim of the 1st Annual Once Upon a Cure Gala is to raise funds and awareness for research into ways to reverse the disease. This research is already yielding promising new treatments and a seven-year-old boy from North Vancouver recently became the first child in Canada to be given a new medication for the condition.

Stargate Universe is a bizarrely controversial show, and if you need proof, just take a look at my initial review of the show. Somewhere in the realm of “mildly positive, but hopeful,” the review doesn’t exactly oversell the show, but there are few comments that aren’t from “Stargate Purisits” taking shots at the changes in format and tone. Not that there aren’t plenty of reasons to avoid the show without Stargate baggage, but Sci-Fi is a genre of fans who throw themselves into things, and are often rather easy to annoy.
While some of my initial concerns were dealt with as the show continued, there are many ways in which this incarnation of Stargate still hasn’t, in my estimation, gotten out of its own way. I am the wrong guy to try to sell cheap, simplistic melodrama to, especially when it is slapped into a show...

This review may contain spoilers. The season opener for .Stargate: Universe. resolved all of the climactic cliffhangers that left viewers on the edge of their seats at the end of its stunning first season. While it satisfied fans wanting to know who was going to get Destiny, it also maintained its high impact atmosphere that has become the show.s signature. Eli (David Blue) found relief and Rush (Robert Carlyle) got surprised when Lt. Scott (Brian J. Smith) revealed his and Greer.s (Jamil Walker Smith) crafty solution to go to the other side of Destiny for protection against the radiation. With them back on board, there was some military muscle to help protect Rush and Brody (Peter Kelamis) who barely maintained control of the ship.s computers. With Kiva (Rhona Mitra) and Col. Telford ...

Lost in space, low on supplies and morale, ready for in-fighting to do them all in at any moment, the reluctant crew of the Defiant searches for a way home and a means to survive the far reaches of space. This is the overarching story of Stargate Universe. A different direction for the Stargate franchise, it’s the characters (and thusly, the performances) that bring this series to life. More after the jump:
Stargate Universe primer:
A coalition of science and military forces must find a way to not only co-exist, but survive, when they find themselves transported to an aged spacecraft (the Destiny) on the outer edges of space. This is what happens when you dial an extra chevron at a Stargate. Because of the distance separating Destiny and Earth, the crew uses communication stones that shift a person’s consciousness across the vast reaches of space. This gives...

The opening credits of the series premiere of Stargate Universe show the vast expanse of space as a ship jumps out of Ftl and begins to glide closer to our screens. An orchestra of sounds play in the background with an almost menacing and forboding undertone. It doesn't take long before it's crystal clear that the show you are about to watch bears little resemblance to its predecessors. We're taken inside the ship where we see corridor after corridor coming to life, in much the same manner as that of the series premiere of Stargate Atlantis. As the camera pans from deck to deck, and lights spring to life, one thing becomes painfully clear: the ship is old, very old. And suddenly I have to remind myself that I'm not watching Battlestar Galactica. The music, even the look of the ship, instantly take me back there. I was prepared for this,...
