General Hospital spoilers for March 31 – April 4, 2025 see Ava Jerome (Maura West) threatening Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst), digging, and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) possibly in a panic.
General Hospital Spoilers: Lulu’s Revelation and Kristina’s Descent
With that in mind, Wednesday, March 26th, we have Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) revealing something. She is going to be talking to Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) about Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and that pregnancy. And it sounds like she is going to tell him that Dante has a son he doesn’t know about.
Maybe Lulu is trying to get Cody over on his side. Maybe she’s even trying to get Cody to go blab the news to Dante so her hands will be clean. Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) goes absolutely off the deep end on Wednesday. She may find Ava withholding Sonny’s pills.

General Hospital sees a leak for you that ties into Kristina Corinthos Davis (Kate Mansi) going completely off the rails and doing something horrific this week to Ava Jerome (Maura West) that possibly also involves her daughter, Avery Jerome-Corinthos (Ava & Grace Scarola).
General Hospital: Kristina’s Unhinged Behavior and Vendetta Against Ava
All right, so we’ve seen Kristina becoming increasingly unhinged for a while now. And of course, it was an absolute tragedy that she went through that Metro Court window while raging at Ava. She almost died. She lost her baby, absolutely understandable for Kristina to be caught up in grief. That is a loss she’ll never get over. But a jury decided Ava wasn’t at fault, that it was an accident. And Kristina 100% knows it was an accident, and she lied when she said Ava pushed her.

Skye Was Adopted By Alan Quartermaine
Skye was adopted by Alan Quartermaine (Stuart Damon) making her Tracy’s niece by adoption-her mother was one of Alan’s former lovers, Rae Cummings (Linda Dano).

Ever since this latest version of Drew returned to General Hospital, he has been rubbing people the wrong way — both on-screen and off. As of now, almost everyone in Port Charles seems to have turned against him. Which, on soaps, can only mean one thing: a whodunnit is on the way? Drew seems to have a target on his back (and on his forehead). But who will end up doing the honors?
An Affair To Remember
Drew (Cameron Mathison) slept with Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) in her kids’ nursery while she was still married to Michael (ex-Chad Duell). Michael can’t exactly wreak his revenge at the moment — he’s in Germany recovering from his burns. But you know how Carly (Laura Wright) is when someone slights one of her precious babies. Especially Michael, her favorite baby. If he can’t punish Willow and Drew for what they’ve done,...

General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) will have an intense argument with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) in an upcoming episode. The question is, with Sonny having a heart condition he’s postponing getting surgery for, will this turn into an Edward Quartermaine (John Ingle) scenario, Tracy arguing Sonny into a heart attack?
Tracy Argued Edward Into A Heart Attack And Then Withheld His Medication
Longtime viewers will remember Tracy and her late father argued a lot-and much of the time it was over money, and that Tracy thought she deserved more of it!
Edward had developed a heart condition, and in his case, it may have been atrial fibrillation before the days of pacemakers and had pills to take for symptoms.
These symptoms may have been similar to the heart condition Sonny has now, but Sonny’s was revealed to have been caused by an old...

The General Hospital cast and crew have been dealt several losses over the last few years.
Over the weekend, Leslie Charleson became the latest in a string of deaths that have plagued the show.
She was the longest-running cast member on the ABC soap, having taken over the role of Monica Quartermaine in 1977.
Leslie’s brilliance shone through in every storyline, and those fortunate enough to work with her had nothing but glowing reviews.
The last time she was seen in Port Charles was in December 2023, but she has been mentioned quite a bit over the previous year.
Unfortunately, the show must now create a tribute for Monica Quartermaine while mourning Leslie’s death.

The General Hospital cast and forces behind the scenes are paying tribute to their friend and colleague Leslie Charleson, who passed away on January 12 from a long illness. Charleson, who played Dr. Monica Quartermaine for 45 years, made a strong impact on those who knew her.
Honoring a Soap Opera Icon Behind the Scenes
Executive Producer Frank Valentini announced Charleson’s passing on Gh’s Instagram account. In the heartbreaking message, he talked about her legacy and how her character made a huge mark on the show. “It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of my dear friend and colleague, Leslie Charleson. Her enduring legacy has spanned nearly 50 years on General Hospital alone and, just as Monica was the heart of the Quartermaines, Leslie was a beloved matriarch of the entire cast and crew. I will miss our daily chats, her quick wit and incredible presence on set.

General Hospital (Gh) spoilers indicate that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) has always been a terrific character.
Traditionally, Tracy has taken after her father Edward Quartermaine (the late John Ingle), focusing all her energy on Elq and scheming against anyone who deemed her enemy.
Tracy was certainly not someone to be messed with and if someone crossed her, they most certainly knew it. For years, that was the main focus of the character.
General Hospital Spoilers – Luke Spencer’s Death Began To Change Tracy Quartermaine
Tracy was devastated when the love of her life, Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) died a few years back. Tracy and Luke even had their own version of happy ever after for a few years until his tragic passing. They lived together in Amsterdam until Luke died.

General Hospital (Gh) spoilers and updates reveal changes are afoot at General Hospital, and one of the most significant developments is Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) return to the Quartermaine mansion.
Following the accident, Jason has distanced himself from the Quartermaine legacy, choosing instead to embrace a life alongside Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) rather than the corporate world of his family.
General Hospital Spoilers: Things Changed And Jason Changed After His Tbi
Longtime viewers will recall the episode when Jason, seeing his brother Aj Quartermaine (Sean Kanan) rushed out of the Quartermaine mansion to stop Aj from driving drunk.
Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) saw the wreck, when Aj crashed into a tree on the Quartermaine grounds and Jason was thrown against a large rock, causing a traumatic brain injury.

Things are changing at General Hospital, and one of the biggest ones is Jason (Steve Burton) moving back into the Quartermaine mansion.
Since the accident, Jason hasn’t considered himself a Quartermaine, preferring his life with Sonny (Maurice Benard) over the business-savvy family.
Monica (Leslie Charleson) has always been someone he can depend on, and his relationship with Emily (Natalia Livingston) was incredibly special.
Jason is now forced to be there for his son because of Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) death. He and Dante (Dominica Zamprogna) decided raising the kids together would be best, and Drew (Cameron Mathison) is seemingly on board.
During a recent break on the set of General Hospital, Steve gave followers an inside look at the Quartermaine foyer, complete with the photos of Quartermaines past on the table.

Despite the Quartermaine family dwindling in recent years on General Hospital, their iconic mansion has filled up in the most unexpected way.
Mansion Madness
The Quartermaine Mansion was once occupied by infamous family members, like Monica (Leslie Charleson), Tracy (Jane Elliot), and her notable parents, Edward (ex-John Ingle) and Lila (ex-Anna Lee). More recently, a new generation of Quartermaines has moved in, like Michael and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton), along with their spouses and children.
But what was once the home of arguing and bickering, betrayals and Elq drama, has now turned into a place to pawn off Port Charles’ parentless kids.
Kids of the Quartermaines
It all started when Violet (ex-Jophielle Love) moved into the mansion with Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn after already being ashamed by her mom and left with her uncle when Finn (ex-Michael Easton) went to rehab. Violet moved in...

Kristina’s fall on the August 2, 2024 episode is just the latest in unforgettable General Hospital tragedies. While the Davis family mourns and Kristina’s life hangs in the balance, let’s take a look back at other memorable tragedies that were anything but general.
Lucky’s Death (1999)
While Jonathan Jackson is about to return for his third run as Lucky, when it was time to wrap up his first run from 1993-1999, the character was killed off in a fire. As Port Charles mourned the devastating loss – including his then-girlfriend Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) – viewers were let in on a little secret: Lucky was alive and being held captive, all at the hands of Helena (ex-Constance Towers). After some brainwashing and poisonings, this tragedy had a happy ending when Lucky (then-Jacob Young) was rescued alive and well, but the presumed death of this legacy character shocked viewers for just a moment.

John Ingle just finished taping his last episode on General Hospital. The actor has played Edward Quartermaine for practically almost two decades now. This Saturday, days after his last taping, he died at the age of 84.
It has been reported that ever since his wife died in February, he'd been sick for a while. Who wouldn't be sick if someone you loved for 58 years died and left you behind?
Ingle started out his career being a drama teacher at Hollywood High back in the 80's. But he was more known as the actor who played on General Hospital and Days of Our Lives. Aside from that, however, he is actually the narrator of the beloved kids movie The Land Before Time that also inspired a TV show, also narrated by John.
