The Dove Commission releases a report on NYPD corruption tomorrow. Commissioner Stanwyck (Norman Howell) and some women have been shot after a sniper opened fire at the club. He was the chief Investigator. Flack (Eddie Cahill) thinks the report must be damaging. Charlotte Dubois (Diana Lupo) appears to be collateral damage.
