Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA: Shot a national GE Healthcare commercial, which ended up being a defining moment in her advocacy for the inclusion of people with disabilities in marketing and advertising. Later she was named the US Ambassador for GE Healthcare's Get Fit campaign meant to inspire.

After speaking at the FBI, Eileen was asked to join the FBI Citizens Academy. She graduated in the fall of 2019 and was keynote speaker for her class.

Working in New Orleans, Louisiana with her career inspiration, Jessica Lange and with Shirley MacLaine on Wild Oats (2016) was one of the highlights of Eileen's career. The film also stars Demi Moore, Billy Connolly and Judd Hirsch.

Worked for musicians Sheryl Crow, and Ben Harper.

Executive produced and shot the lead in the Independent pilot, "Ghost Writer", with two of her mentors, Barbara Bain and Carmen Argenziano.
