Stanley Fields was born on 20 May 1883 in Allegheny, Pennsylvania, USA. He was an actor, known for Little Caesar (1931), Algiers (1938) and Hell's Kitchen (1939). He was married to Alta Bailey. He died on 23 April 1941 in Los Angeles, California, USA.

Cousin of <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm0013152/?ref_=nmtrv_trv">Spiro Agnew</a>.

Began his career in the chorus with <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm0169125/?ref_=nmtrv_trv">George M. Cohan</a>.

Came to Hollywood with his vaudeville partner <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm0269567/?ref_=nmtrv_trv">Frank Fay</a>.
