Hit Us series Supernatural has shown its audiences all manner of gruesome creatures and gory encounters with the paranormal – but it’s not all ugly. To celebrate the release of Supernatural: Season 6, Volume 1, available on DVD on 29th August, we’ve compiled a list of the five sexiest (human and non-human) men and women in the Supernatural series. The more astute of readers will probably have guessed that I am not a lesbian, so perhaps I am not the target audience for Nicole Conn's Elena Undone (2010). However, what you will have also guessed is that I am an avid film lover, so I'd like to think that I know what makes a good film and what makes a bad film...and Elena Undone is a bad film.

Conn's film tells the tale of Elena (Necar Zadegan), the wife of the local pastor and photographer who strikes up a friendship with local writer and lesbian Peyton (Traci Dinwiddie). Their friendship grows and grows until they both admit their feelings for each other and begin an affair.

So the plot, while cliched, is at least fairly decent. It ticks all of the right boxes and, aside from the final 10 minutes, follows a very linear path that is signposted along the way.

In honor of Valentine's Day, we figured we'd indulge you "Supernatural" fans a bit. Zap2it caught up with Jensen Ackles at the Creation Entertainment Salute to Supernatural Event in Los Angeles, and guess what? It turns out he's not only totally hot, but he's also a bona fide gentleman.

The Winchester brothers have had more than their fair share of love scenes over the years. Dean has hooked up with plenty of damsels in distress, waitresses, twins and of course, Lisa. He even had a "Titanic"-style love scene in a car with an angel. Meanwhile, Sam's locked lips with everyone from a demon to a doctor to a werewolf to a hooker.

Elena Undone opens with a hazy, slow motion shot of two women walking towards each other. A voiceover dreamily states “In love, one and one are ... one. Seldom do we get to experience the art in love.” It goes on to reference Emily Bronte and the scene reveals that we’ve actually been listening to a church sermon (a not-so-subtle transition to a stained glass window is our first hint).

From here, we meet Elena (Necar Zadegan), a beautiful, soft-spoken woman. She’s married to the preacher (Barry, played by Gary Weeks), and they’re trying for another child, a subject that Mr. Preacher seems much more keen on than Elena. She’s accosted by a cartoonish gaggle of churchgoers for not attending an anti-gay marriage protest, and she seeks comfort in the arms of Tyler (Sam Harris), a sort of love guru who makes films about “soulemetry” and stages...

Actresses Necar Zadegan and Tracie Dinwiddie have puckered up big time for their roles in the new movie Elena Undone -- and their soon to be famous lip-lock has now landed them in the record books as owners of the longest kiss in cinema history.

The film, which deals with a well-known lesbian writer falling in love with a pastor's wife was conceived by filmmaker Nicole Conn after her partner wondered why there weren't more lesbian films being made. The idea of the record-breaking kiss, however, didn't come until later.

Conn recounts the story of the kiss' conception by explaining that it came to her after a long day of script revisions. The writer-director felt she was overthinking things and decided to revisit her emotions instead. "I began to remember falling in love with Marina and let all the delicious moments that sweep over you when you first fall in...

The upcoming indie romance drama "Elena Undone", which follows a well-known lesbian writer falling in love with a pastor's wife, has broken a record for the longest screen kiss in history reports After Ellen.

The 3 minute 24 second lip-lock between actresses Necar Zadegan and Tracie Dinwiddie beats the previous record holder, Jane Wyman and Regis Toomey's kiss in 1941's "You’re in the Army Now", by eighteen seconds. 2005's "Kids in America" featured a six-minute kiss, however it took place during the end credits and isn't considered 'organic to the film' (ie. part of the story).

Filmmaker Nicole Conn (Claire of the Moon, Little Man) wanted to "capture the power and magic behind a monumental first kiss". The film itself will screen at Frameline in San Francisco on June 25th and at Outfest in Los Angeles on July 16th.

It's no April Fools Day joke when fellow hunters track and kill Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) as retribution for starting the apocalypse. The boys are surprised to find themselves in Heaven and with Castiel's (Misha Collins) help navigating Paradise, they begin searching for information about God's whereabouts. In the meantime, Zachariah (guest star Kurt Fuller) continues his intense quest to find the brothers and force them to accept their destinies as Lucifer & Michael's vessels. Additional guest stars include: Colin Ford as 'Young Sam,' Samantha Smith as 'Mary Winchester,' Chad Lindbergh as 'Ash,' Traci Dinwiddie as 'Pamela,' Roger Aaron Brown as 'Joshua' and Bones the Dog as 'Casey.'

Four clips from this week’s new episode of Supernatural, “Death Takes a Holiday”, which finds the boys Winchester in a small town where people are mysteriously cheating death. The boys turn to blind psychic hottie Pamela (Traci Dinwiddie) for help to find the truth, which apparently includes leaving their bodies and journeying into the spirit world. Watch your step, boys! Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) investigate a small town where people are cheating death. They discover the Reapers have gone missing so they turn to Pamela (guest star Traci Dinwiddie) for help. She sends them into the spiritual world to find answers and they come face to face with Alastair (guest star Christopher Heyerdahl), who has been kidnapping all the Reapers in order to break another seal. New episodes of Supernatural’s Season 4 returns this week.

I’m just going to say upfront that this is nothing but a SPOILER filled recap/review of the season 4 premier of Supernatural. If you’ve DVR’d it, then as I always say, avert thine eyes and return once you’ve seen it for yourself. If you are of the inclination, then read on my trusty readers!

Supernatural: Lazarus Rising starts out the CW’s 4th season of the popular fantasy show.

We get dealt with a nice compilation of the brothers Winchester, Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles), demon fighting escapades from last season. It ends with the Hell Hound coming and taking Dean away and getting sent to Hell.

It’s four months later and Dean wakes up in his coffin. He crawls out of his grave and the camera pans back and we see that his grave is in the center of what looks like a meteor strike.

Some Recap:

First, we were a bit ripped last season, only getting 16 episodes of Supernatural due to the interruptus-writer-strikus, but it is what it is. Hopefully by next year, we will quit suffering from the affects of that event.

In the season 3 finale of Supernatural, we watched Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) try to find a way out of Dean’s contract with the devil, but come up empty-handed. Dean played his “stubborn card” and tried to deal with the issue with good old fashion elbow grease. In other words, no help from anyone demonic or otherwise.

But without the demon killing Colt, they were up the creek before they even started. Dean’s time arrived, the hell hound came and took his life, sending him to his agreed upon contractual destination.

The episode closed with Dean strung up in a void, screaming for his brother - and it wasn’t too pretty.
