It's hard to believe that Season 33 of Dancing With The Stars is about to take its final bow, but the end is indeed nigh and while fans are quite sad to see it go, the network has a lot planned for its proverbial last dances.
DWTS Season 33 has been an absolute roller coaster, from the controversial decision to cast ex-con Anna Delvey to several shock eliminations, two preemptions, and at least one "fake out" send-off.

In our recap, we reported:
"After revealing which couples [were] safe, Ilona and Danny and Stephen and Rylee remain[ed] in jeopardy. Pitting the Olympians against each other was some sly work on behalf of DWTS producers, but ultimately, they announce[d] thatSURPRISEnobody [was] going home."

Despite her success on Dancing With The Stars, Charity faced mental health challenges due to intense hate and racism from viewers. Advocating for inclusivity, Charity voiced the need for diversity in hairstyling and makeup teams for women of color on The Bachelorette.
Charity Lawson first crossed our television screens when she was a contestant on Season 27 of The Bachelor, which featured Zach Shallcross as the lead. After being eliminated in Week 8, Charity was announced as the star of the 20th season of The Bachelorette, becoming just the fourth Black woman to be a franchise lead.
Charity walked away from the franchise an engaged woman when she accepted a proposal from Dotun Olubeko. The pair made history as The Bachelorette franchise's first couple who are Black and not biracial.

Mary J. Blige & Cameron Britton excel as Cha Cha & Hazel, Blige from music to acting. Kate Walsh impresses in a different role as The Handler in a controlling yet odd character portrayal. Megan Mullally & Nick Offerman shine as the malevolent couple Jean & Gene, despite Season 4 flaws.
The Umbrella Academy is about a dysfunctional family. A superpowered dysfunctional family that causes a lot of apocalypses one per season, in fact. A family of diffident superpowered misfits who get manipulated through a major part of their lives by their eccentric, genius father figure; try to accept their true selves by gaining a sense of purpose through their personal journey, and eventually strengthen the bond among themselves while facing absolutely bonkers situations and doomsday scenarios time and again. If this seems like a description of HBO Max’s underrated comic-book series Doom Patrol to you, then you are both right and wrong, as it’s pretty much the basic premise of Netflix’s hit series, The Umbrella Academy. Putting it like Number Five; think of Doom Patrol, but aim lower. In all seriousness, The Umbrella Academy has garnered massive acclaim and love from viewers throughout three seasons thanks to its zany humor, crazy antics, wacky yet relatable characters, and their struggles—perfectly following through on the source material, the comic-book series of...

While some surprises can be nice, The View fans were not okay with the network’s latest decisions. Recently, fans expressed their anger over the latest episode that was aired.
Scheduling Shake-Up
Unexpectedly, The View had a major scheduling mix-up that left fans up in arms. When the fans went to watch their regularly scheduled program, they were in for a rude awakening. Unbeknownst to them, the panelists were taking some time off the air. Little did they know, the episode airing was a month-old replay, but fans caught on quickly. Understandably, the sneaky move left many fans raging upon the discovery of the show not being live. Although fans are enraged, the daytime TV network is offering a return date to appease the masses in the meantime.

“Saturday Night Live” is coming back to the air next week. Yes, there is still an actors strike going on, but yes, this is Ok. SAG-AFTRA even says so.
But if you’re still wondering why “SNL” is back on the air, your questions are warranted. “SNL” isn’t a game show or reality show that just has a celebrity host. It airs on NBC, whose parent company NBCUniversal is a struck member company with the AMPTP. And generally, they’re getting hosts who have something to promote, which is a strike no-no. In fact, Pete Davidson, who will be the host on the season premiere October 14, was supposed to be the host just before the writers went on strike and cut “SNL’s” season short.
This is hardly the first time SAG-AFTRA has had to clarify to members what actors can and can’t work on during the strike.

For the love of jive, look what’s back on ABC!
For a minute, it didn’t look as if the mirror ball would return home on time. The ongoing strike and the preponderance of picketers had the network flirting with the possibility of postponing tonight’s season 32 premiere of Dancing with the Stars. But a deal was finally hammered out on Sunday and earlier this evening, the WGA declared the strike would officially end at 12:01 a.m. Wednesday. What better way to celebrate than watching a bunch of celebs break out in dance?
But before the competition can begin, the cast paid tribute to the late Len Goodman — who now has a Mirror Ball trophy named after him! Goodman, DWTS‘ former head judge, died in April at 78.
Take it away, Alfonso Ribeiro!

Adam Sandler produced a comical yet meaningful film in You Are So Not Invited To My Bat Mitzvah and the Netflix movie is filled with funny and heartwarming quotes that add to its appeal. Produced by Sandler's Happy Madison Productions, You Are So Not Invited To My Bat Mitzvah is a Sandler family affair. Sandler stars as Danny, the father of Ronnie and Stacy who are played by his real-life daughters Sadie and Sunny Sandler. Meanwhile, Sandler's wife, Jackie Sandler, plays the mother of Stacy's best friend.
The film follows Danny's younger daughter, Stacy, on her journey to her bat mitzvah, which is a coming-of-age ritual in the Jewish faith. Like a typical 13-year-old, Stacy makes her fair share of mistakes but finds her way in the end. You Are So Not Invited To My Bat Mitzvah has received good critical reception, and much of its appeal comes from its witty and relatable dialogue.

Dancing with the Stars recently completed its 31st season. Prior to switching to streaming platform Disney+, the show was an ABC ratings hit, seeing celebrities paired with professional dancers to compete weekly for the luminous Mirror Ball trophy. Dancing with the Stars‘ first season on Disney+ has come to end! So much change has already been announced going into tonight’s season 31 finale. First, judge Len Goodman and Cheryl Burke have called it quits. Then, Disney gave Bob Chapek the heave-ho and rewarded Bob Iger with his old CEO seat. A desperate plea from the cheap seats, Mr. Iger: return the mirror ball to ABC! I think we can all agree that this streaming experiment has gone the way of the polka: no one wants Disney+ anywhere near the ballroom. Perhaps moving it back home to Mondays on ABC can be your next major decision after lowering the price for the Genie+ line-skipping service at the parks?

All 10 remaining couples danced exclusively to songs by Michael Bublé on Monday night, who also subbed in as a very generous guest judge. The pop vocalist also performed “Sway” and “Higher,” to which Derek Hough choreographed a sexy film-noir performance.
But the highlight of the night was Shangela, who channeled Lady Gaga at the Oscars as she and partner Gleb Savchenko tangoed to “Hollywood.” With so many comments throughout the competition about keeping her legs “crispy,” she surprised judge Len Goodman with a fried chicken breast she’d kept in her cleavage, then presented a surprised Tyra Banks with another. Goodman pronounced the dance “finger-licking good” and her best of the season so far.

Hey, "Dancing With The Stars" fans. Tonight, October 18, 2022, another new performances/results episode of Dancing With The Stars' current season 31 did indeed arrive. Judges: Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli were, of course, back for another night of critiques and scores. Tonight's theme was Prom Night for some reason. Daniel Durant and Britt Stewart kicked off tonight's performances with a Cha Cha number to "Sexyback" by Justin Timberlake. Afterwards, Len said, "I liked the hip action, but your free arm needs to move more." Derek said, "I appreciate your swag and confidence, but your footwork got a little messy." Bruno said, "You can turn on the sex appeal at will, and it was on the right level, but you need more work on your footwork." Carrie Ann said, "This was a solid routine, but you need to exaggerate some of your movements. Your movements, right now,...

For “Most Memorable Year,” we were anticipating an elimination at the end of the night, but what we got instead was a surprising withdrawal. Actress Selma Blair, who has multiple sclerosis, decided to leave the competition on the advice of her doctors, who noticed worrying signs of injury from her MRIs. It was a tearful end to an evening that already included many tears from stars celebrating their parents, children, spouses, and other life milestones.

While Vinny Guadagnino earned the lowest scores of the evening, he was saved by the audience vote, who loved his spirited, if not technically perfect, rumba to “Thunderball.” Cohost Alfonso Ribiero gave Vinny to respond to Len Goodman’s “blocky” critique by doing his own review as the Brit: “It was rubbish, but he knocked my socks off,” said a game Vinny in his best British accent.
Former “Charlie’s Angels” star Cheryl Ladd and her partner Louis van Amstel have been eliminated from the competition, with all four judges opting to save Sam Champion & Cheryl Burke.
