- Producer
Wil started his artistic journey as an actor during elementary school when his mother enrolled him in a Drama Class in order to help this young boy overcome his fear of public speaking. It did not take long for him to fall in love with acting which eventually led to Wil performing various roles in live stage productions, short films, movies, music videos, and commercials. He also worked on various voiceover jobs many of which consisted of major roles in some Anime series including Nazca, Nie_7, and Yamamoto Yoko. Wil earned his BFA at Loyola Marymount University where he focused on Film Production while he also professionally studied acting and directing at the famous Beverly Hills Playhouse. Shortly after college, he worked at Universal Studios Hollywood as an Entertainment Department Supervisor. He was honored to be part of the team that launched Universal Studios' Halloween Horror Nights event. A handful of years after college, Wil also began working in full-length movies as a filmmaker which enabled him to travel all over the U.S.A. and the world which included South Africa. Acting was the catalyst to Wil walking down the path of an artist. Throughout his twenties, he fell in love with the craft of filmmaking. Given his solid acting background, one of Wil's strengths is his ability to effectively communicate and work very well with actors. During his spare time, he has privately coached professional actors, appeared as a guest speaker at schools / universities, and participated in special events at the Director's Guild of America. Later in life, he was blessed to have been given the opportunity to share his passion for film and video production with many others as an educator. He has taught acting, broadcasting, and film/video production classes. To this day, he has the honor of being able to continue working and mentoring the next generation of young filmmakers.
