- Vlasta Burian was born on April 9, 1891 in Reichenberg, Bohemia, Austria-Hungary [now Liberec, Czech Republic]. He was an actor and director, known for The Inspector General (1933), Funebrák (1932) and Ulice zpívá (1939). He was married to Nina Cervenková-Burianová. He died on January 31, 1962 in Prague, Czechoslovakia [now Czech Republic].
