Worked extensively in the UK and Portugal, having played numerous leading roles in theater, film and television.
Degree in English and Art History (University of London - Goldsmiths). Degree from ISLA Lisbon (Instituto Superior Línguas e Administração). Schooling in Lisbon & Madrid.
Began her career in the UK on extensive world tours, in Repertory, TIE, London fringe, West End. Donmar Warehouse (2 SWET awards).
Returned to Portugal in 2003 established Produções Próspero. Produced, acted and toured all over Portugal with "The Pilgrim" ( New Vic co-production) "The Tempest", "Romeo and Juliet" with São Luíz Theatre, "Macbeth" with Inatel/Teatro da Trindade, "Mary Stuart" and "Faith Healer" CCultural de Cascais and Trindade.
Performed in "À Espera do Sr.Samuel B." ( Ennislillen Beckett festival),"Rancor" by Hélia Correia, "Olhando o Céu Estou em Todos os Séculos" by Abel Neves, "I Know Not What Tomorrow Will Bring" by Fernando Pessoa for Espaço das Aguncheiras,; Paisagem and Cinzas by Pinter at Escola de Mulheres; Beckett Radio Plays at Teatro Maria Matos. "Ashes to Ashes" and "Landscape" at Estrela Hall.
TV and film work UK: "Paper Chase", "Phoelix" "State of Emergency", "Anna Karenina", "If Tomorrow Comes", "Who Zat Kid". Plays for Radio 4.
