We’ve all known that one cocky kid from high school who acted up because he had some issues at home, right? Well, what if that guy learned his real dad was Satan? And what if that guy discovered he had amazing powers and vowed to master them in order to “beat the s*** out of Satan?” Well, welcome Exwires, to the Blue Exorcist watch guide, where I’ll talk about the show where all of these things happen! Based on the manga series by Kazue Kato, Blue Exorcist is one of many shonen anime series that, despite an ongoing and continuously popular source material (having run in Shueisha’s Jump Square and in Viz’s Weekly Shonen Jump since 2009), has had long gaps between seasons, with Season 1 (animated by A-1 Pictures and directed by Tensai Okamura) airing in 2011, Season 2 (now directed by Satoki Iida) airing in 2017 and Seasons 3 and...

More than a decade ago, Bleachdominated the anime world as one of Shonen Jump's iconic Big Three, and the Thousand-Year Blood War has brought life back into the franchise. Bleach fans have met a lot of powerful characters over the years, including Soul Reapers, Hollows, Quincy, and Fullbringers. Most of these characters have been strong since their debut, but others were considered fairly weak until they unexpectedly became strong.
Many seemingly weak Soul Reapers turned out to be hiding what they were truly capable of. A few innocent-looking Arrancar turned out to be as strong as Captain-level Soul Reapers. One character turned out to be a legitimate Kidō master, while another secretly had the power to destroy gods all along.

The Espada were considered the strongest Arrancar in Bleach, and Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez was the Sixth Espada. Many fans assumed Grimmjow died during the Hueco Mundo Arc, but the Thousand-Year Blood War Arc revealed that he survived. Grimmjow has grown significantly stronger since his last appearance, to the point that he can now destroy several notable Soul Reapers in battle.
Grimmjow already possessed Captain-level spiritual energy, so it is not surprising that he can destroy several Lieutenants, including one who can use Bankai. There are also a few Captains that Grimmjow can defeat, but he would need to use his Resurreccin against them. Grimmjow's Resurreccin provides enhanced speed, durability, and strength, as well as a devastating claw attack. He can easily defeat certain Soul Reapers with his Resurreccin, but he can defeat others with his base form.

Ry is the latest Sentient God Tree introduced in the Boruto manga, and he is capable of using Iron Sand because his chakra source is Shinki - Gaara's adopted son. Like the other Sentient God Trees, Ry possesses superhuman strength and enhanced speed and healing. Ry is part of the Ten-Tails, meaning he can also use Wood Release and the Tailed Beast Ball Technique. Ry is now one of the strongest beings that the Ninja World has ever seen, and he can destroy several established Naruto characters.
Most of the Naruto characters that Ry can defeat are previous and current Kage, but he can also destroy a powerful Jinchriki and a few Akatsuki members. These characters are all very skilled, and they possess unique and effective abilities. Unfortunately, Ry can beat them all because of his Iron Sand defense and god-tier chakra.

Toonami is going through another schedule change, and it includes both the return of the Blue Exorcist anime and the premiere of Mashle: Magic and Muscles. Even with the advent of streaming, Toonami has remained an iconic part of anime culture in the West, with many anime premiering there before anywhere else, such as the recent Uzumaki adaptation and the upcoming Lazarus anime from Shinichiro Watanabe.
While not as big as it once was, Toonami remains a big part of anime culture, and its about to get even bigger. At the Adult Swim panel at New York Comic Con 2024, it was announced that with Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba season 4 and Rick and Morty: The Anime ending, Toonami will be adding both Blue Exorcist and Mashle: Magic and Muscles to their lineup from November 2024, onward.

The latest season of The Thousand-Year Blood War is on its way, which means Bleach will once again dominate the anime landscape. The Thousand-Year Blood War is filled with new abilities and great action, and there are quite a few iconic character moments. That said, several Bleach characters were criminally underused during the Thousand-Year Blood War.
Most of the characters who were underused in the Thousand-Year Blood War are Lieutenant-ranked Soul Reapers who did very little or who were practically non-existent during the conflict. A few former Captains, a powerful Quincy, and a former Espada were underused as well. Some of these characters played significant roles in earlier arcs, while others had valid reasons for wanting Yhwach defeated.

Most of the characters in Naruto are highly skilled ninja, and many of them belong to well-respected clans. There are also characters who come from unknown or currently extinct clans. Either way, these characters are part of a family, and many of them had or have siblings. There may not be many sibling pairings in Naruto, but several of the sibling pairings that do exist are quite strong.
In most cases, the older siblings are stronger than the younger ones, but there are times when the youngest is stronger. In other situations, both siblings are pretty equal in terms of strength. Most of these sibling pairings are strong because each sibling possesses natural talent and some type of kekkei genkai, but other siblings became strong through training.

When Naruto began, it seemed as though Sakura Haruno was going to be a weakling who constantly needed saving. She actually went on to become one of the world's strongest female ninja. She learned to focus her chakra into her fists – which granted her superhuman-level strength. Thanks to Tsunade's training, she became one of the world's best medical ninja. Sakura fought a few villains over the course of the series, but there were several villains that she never got to fight.
Most of the villains that Sakura never fought were part of the Akatsuki – who were mostly Kage-level ninja. Several of these villains were connected to Orochimaru – who caused Sasuke to become a rogue ninja. Sakura loved Sasuke, so it is really surprising that she never fought villains who were associated with his Leaf Village defection.

Patrika Darbo wasn’t paid a dime to star in the web series “Acting Dead.” But that gamble paid off – with an Emmy win this weekend.
“Nobody got paid, we all worked deferred,” Darbo told IndieWire on Monday, a day after winning for outstanding actress in a short form comedy or drama. (Deferred payment refers to when an actor works for free until the project makes money.) “So I really got paid very well with my Emmy last night.”
The victory was sweet for Darbo, who had previously been nominated for a Daytime Emmy in 2000 (as Dr. Nancy Wesley in “Days Of Our Lives”). But it was also a big win for independent creators, as the Television Academy’s expanded short form categories opened the door toward recognizing small-time productions outside of the usual studio and network system.
“Acting Dead” is a smart and zany satire written and produced by accomplished voiceover actor Brian Beacock.
