- Friends with Trey Parker and Matt Stone and has been a regular in many of their projects. He served as Production Assistant for South Park's episode "Cartman Gets an Anal Probe", as well as numerous guest-spot voices.
- Is an avid toy collector, both vintage and modern.
- A huge fan of David Zucker, Bachar credits "Airplane!" as his favorite film. He leapt at the chance to appear in Zucker's BASEketball (1998).
- Runs own film production company - Bonobo Mountain Films, LLC.
- Big soccer fan - supports the LA Galaxy and the Colorado Rapids in the MLS and Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League.
