Berlin-based world sales company M-Appeal has secured additional international distribution agreements for three of its Berlin Film Festival titles.

Among the latest sales, “Dreams,” which premieres today in Berlinale Competition, has been acquired by Films4You for Portugal, Swallow Wings for Taiwan and Beta Films for Bulgaria.

“Dreams” is Norwegian writer director Dag Johan Haugerud’s latest title, completing his “Sex Love Dreams” trilogy, with the previous titles having premiered at Berlinale and Venice last year. The film follows a young woman named Johanne, who’s intimate writings about her first love creates friction within her family, prompting her mother and grandmother to re-examine their own realities and dreams. Swallow Wings also bought all rights to “Sex” and “Love.”

The 31-year-old Mormon Wives star and real estate agent shared a series of videos showcasing his hair transplant experience.

In one TikTok video, Dakota amusingly danced around wearing a surgical cap and gown an empty room at the facility where he underwent the transplant, Utah Facial Plastics, to the sound of Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us.”

For anyone to win a season of Survivor, they need to have a lot of social and strategic skills. They also need jobs where they won't get fired from the show if they win. With that in mind, it makes perfect sense that a lot of Survivor winners have gone on to great success.

But, with great success comes the desire for Hollywood to make a hit into a franchise, but Friedkin was not a franchise director. He famously turned down French Connection II, but the studio, perhaps noticing how the second French Connection turned out decently, decided to go ahead and turn it into a franchise. Survivor has seen unique players throughout its history, with some seasons standing out due to their fascinating cast. Jud "Fabio" Birza, winner of Survivor: Nicaragua, spent his winnings on bizarre things post-arrest, like a white limo pickup. A screenplay by Marshall and co-written by lead actress slash executive producer Charlotte Kirk keeps missing the mark, stumbling through gangland stereotypes and shootouts against henchmen who couldn't hit the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man from twenty feet away. In the pantheon of Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels imitations, Duchess ranks toward the bottom an unenthusiastic union of genres with an empty creative clip.

French actor-director Samuel Theis, best known for starring in Justine Triet’s awards season favorite Anatomy of a Fall, has been accused of rape by a crew member on Je te jure (I Swear), Theis’ latest directorial feature.

The French newspaper Libération broke the story and reported that the alleged assault took place last year at a party held in an apartment rented by the production where the crew member said they were too inebriated to consent to a sexual encounter with Theis.

Theis responded to Libération’s report, telling the newspaper that the encounter was consensual. His lawyer added in response that his client has not been charged or contacted by authorities. The newspaper reported that the crew member quit the production immediately after the alleged assault.

Oliver noted at the start of his HBO show the news regarding disgraced congressman Santos, who, on Friday, became the first U.S. House member to be expelled in more than 20 years. He is also only the sixth House member in history to be removed by his colleagues.

The new Dimension 20 season of Dungeons and Drag Queens follows a new gang of adventurers, The Questing Queens, on an all-new adventure. Princess, Troyánn, Gertrude, and Twyla are traveling together to the underworld, each with a different mission in mind, some hoping for answers, vengeance, a way to help their people, or even peace. However, not all is as it seems, with people from each of their pasts involved in a larger conspiracy.

Dungeons and Drag Queens is the seventeenth season of Dimension 20 and will consist of four episodes. It stars Alaska Thunderfuck, Monét X Change, Bob The Drag Queen, and Jujubee from RuPaul's Drag Race as Princess, Troyánn, Gertrude, and Twyla, respectively. Brennan Lee Mulligan serves as Dungeon Master.

If I had asked you to name a film from the early 1990s that featured groundbreaking visuals effects that changed the landscape of cinema, you probably answer with Jurassic Park. But what if I told you that instead of dinosaurs, an earlier pioneer in visual effects was a satirical black comedy involving Meryl Streep, Goldie Hawn, and a magic potion? Yep, that’s right. That film does indeed exist and is none other than Death Becomes Her. Directed by the legendary Robert Zemeckis and co-written by David Koepp and Martin Donovan. The idea came to Koepp back when he was working on another film, which featured a story about a man’s attempts to kills his wife, who turns out to be a witch and cannot die. And of course, the witch has an axe to grind now that she knows her husband tried to off her. That idea later developed into Death Becomes Her.

“Project Runway” season 20 went straight from the season premiere into the unconventional materials challenge, which always pushes the creativity of the designers to the limit.
