Scott Rosenberg is an American film producer, actor and writer from Needham, Massachusetts. He has a bachelor's degree from Boston University and an MFA from UCLA. He came in third place at a UCLA screenwriting contest which led him to sign with his first agent. He wrote Perturbados (1998), Beautiful Girls (1996), Highway (2002), Alta fidelidad (2000) and the Jerry Bruckheimer productions Riesgo en el aire (1997), 60 segundos (2000) and Canguro Jack (2003). He later wrote the Jumanji (1995) sequels Jumanji: En la selva (2017) and Jumanji: El siguiente nivel (2019) starring Dwayne Johnson and Venom (2018), a Spider-Man spin-off starring Tom Hardy.
