- CreatorMitchell KriegmanStarsPaul McGinnisTim LagassePeter LinzFrom the creator of "Bear in the Big Blue House," "It's a Big Big World" features Snook the sloth. He lives in the World Tree with various animal friends including marmosets, a tree frog and an anteater.Probably one of the best PBS Kids shows of the 2000s. While it's not as good as Ready Jet Go, IABBW is original in it's own right, and the creator already has two amazing shows under his belt: Bear in the Big Blue House and Clarissa Explains It All, so obviously this show was destined to succeed, and is the best out of the 3. It has amazing puppetry, combined with quirky characters with no stereotypes, beautiful songs, and lush backgrounds that truly do send the message that this show is trying to convey to kids. My favorite character is Snook, he's a stoner, but he's a lovable stoner with a great singing voice. Unfortunately, PBS cancelled this show after 2 seasons in 2010. How rude of them.
- CreatorTodd J. GreenwaldStarsSelena GomezDavid HenrieJake T. AustinThe Russo family may be an ordinary family with an average restaurant, but behind closed doors, all three children must compete to be the next family wizard. This is one of my favorite Disney sitcoms. Sure it borrows elements from stuff like Charmed, Bewitched, and Harry Potter, but Wizards of Waverly Place is magical, charming, and hilariously funny. Alex Russo is my favorite character, due to her great personality and clever wisecracks. Out of all the Disney sitcoms, I feel like this show captures what Disney is really all about the most.
- CreatorGabor CsupoPaul GermainArlene KlaskyStarsElizabeth DailyChristine CavanaughNancy CartwrightTommy, Chuckie, Angelica, Phil and Lil and Susie find themselves in a slew of adventures - both real and imaginary. Baldly go where no baby's every gone before as the Rugrats turn the ordinary into the extraordinary every day.Rugrats is a creative show. The scripting/writing of the show is fantastic, and even though it stars babies and toddlers, it's actually NOT A PRESCHOOL SHOW, and it manages to appeal to all ages. This is my fave Klasky-Csupo (or however you spell it) show.
- CreatorTom RueggerStarsRob PaulsenJess HarnellTress MacNeilleThe zany adventures of a trio of 1930s animated characters in the modern world.Animaniacs is awesome! It has slick animation, and is hilariously funny! Not to mention, the innuendos and great music!
- CreatorDaniel ChongStarsEric EdelsteinDemetri MartinBobby MoynihanThree bear brothers do whatever they can to be a part of human society by doing what everyone around them does. One of the best modern CN shows. It's calm, polite, and charming in it's own right. It also can be a major tearjerker.
- CreatorBen BocqueletStarsDan RussellTeresa GallagherKerry ShaleThe life of a twelve-year-old boy who happens to be a blue cat as he lives with his family and other strange creatures. This show is very creative to use different animation styles and have live action backgrounds. It is also very satirical and had character development.
- CreatorChris KrattMartin KrattStarsChris KrattMartin KrattAthena KarkanisThe Kratt Brothers and their team use their "Creature Power" suits to learn about and help various species of animals around the world. This show is AMAZING! It has beautiful animation also it is very in-depth and educational about animals and nature. The team is very relatable and likable. It's also one of those shows that is targeted towards kids, but manages to be more mature than you'd expect. This show has actual, menacing villains who want to kill animals. Most villains in preschool shows are silly, babyish whiny incompetent one dimensional bullies, not in Wild Kratts. Almost all of the shows on PBS Kids that have drama have stupid, faux drama that could be solved right away, but this show, along with Odd Squad and RJG, have slightly more mature drama, with terrifying villains and suspenseful events. I like how close knitted Martin, Chris, Koki, Aviva, and Jimmy are, and they all have something very important to contribute to the team, just like in RJG. Also, the WK team have fans (I think they're called the "Kratts Kids??") who encourage the audience to get into nature and learn about animals. I also see this show sneak references about........things kids shouldnt know about till they're older, and love the theme song. This was a very good follow-up to Zoboomafoo, which I watched all the time on sprout.
- StarsDaniel BrochuJ.T. TurnerJodie RestherBased on the books by Marc Brown, these are the adventures of Arthur, an 8-year-old aardvark, and his family and friends as they grow up and learn how to be good neighbors to one another. This show is a classic! Arthur is very good for children and they should watch every episode except the episodes that are animated in Flash, those episodes stink. Arthur is relatable and likable. The characters are well-developed and learn their lessons if they do something wrong. This show is very educational and teaches you positive social values such as problem solving. The biggest problem with the show, however, is seasons 16-19. Arthur was sold to 9 Story and the animation got worse. WAY worse. It became animated in flash and the characters had annoyingly thick outlines. They introduced stupid and generally pointless characters like Ladonna and her brother Bud. The plotlines were rehashed from old episodes. The characters were flanderized, for example Arthur became a bully in the episode So Funny I Forgot To Laugh. Luckily, like Sesame Street, the creators caught on to the dropping ratings and took notice at the current quality of the show and abandoned 9 Story for Oasis Animation. Arthur is way better in Season 20, they're in fourth grade now! Still, everyone should watch Arthur!
- CreatorGreg DanielsMichael SchurStarsAmy PoehlerJim O'HeirNick OffermanThe absurd antics of an Indiana town's public officials as they pursue sundry projects to make their city a better place.Let me tell you a story. One day I was bored and I was flipping through channels, but then I got stuck on FX and couldn't change the channel, so I decided to watch whatever was on, and they were showing Parks and Recreation. it was pretty good, Amy Poehler did a good job as Lesile Knope. My favorite character from this show is Ron Swanson.
- CreatorLarry DavidJerry SeinfeldStarsJerry SeinfeldJulia Louis-DreyfusMichael RichardsThe continuing misadventures of neurotic New York City stand-up comedian Jerry Seinfeld and his equally neurotic New York City friends.Another great classic sitcom like Friends and Full House. This one also ranks among the greatest anime of all time.
- CreatorJeff 'Swampy' MarshDan PovenmireStars'Weird Al' YankovicSabrina CarpenterMekai CurtisAn animated comedy adventure series that follows 13-year-old Milo Murphy, the fictional great-great-great-great grandson of the Murphy's Law namesake. Additionally, Dakota and Cavendish come from the future to prevent pistachio extinction.A random, funny show that is great like Phineas and Ferb.
- CreatorDanny AntonucciStarsMatt HillSam VincentTony SampsonThe off-the-wall, day-to-day life of three friends who have exactly the same name. This show is a classic! This show was extremely funny and showed childhood in a positive light. It also does mean-spiritedness correctly. My favorite character is Plank.
- CreatorMark McCorkleBob SchooleyStarsChristy Carlson RomanoWill FriedleNancy CartwrightA high school cheerleader and her clumsy best friend balance their duties as global crime-fighters with the typical challenges of adolescence. The best Disney cartoon before Gravity Falls premiered. It had great animation, one of the best theme songs I have ever heard, and action.
- CreatorScott FellowsDan SchneiderJanice BurgessStarsJamie Lynn SpearsPaul ButcherChristopher MasseyZoey Brooks and her brother Dustin attend their first day at Pacific Coast Academy, a private boarding school that is enrolling girls for the first time in its history.I like this show now. I can't believe I used to say it ruined Nickelodeon. Even if Zoey was a Mary-Sue in the later seasons, the show had decent plots, no laugh track, and it was more tolerable than Every Bad Way and Make It Stop
- CreatorPeter GaffneyButch HartmanSteve MarmelStarsDavid KaufmanGrey GriffinRickey D'Shon CollinsA 14-year-old receives ghost powers and uses them to save the world. This show is just awesome
