When Ravi grew up and returned back home,he blamed Ranjit Kumar for all the calamities that he had to face. On one side Ranjit was on his mission to finish off those people who were working against his country and on the other hand Ravi joined them and started creating problems for Ranjit. Even though Bharti loved Ravi, Ravi loved the unlawful life whereas Ranjit Kumar loved his duty and law. Everyone s thought differed, then how could they stay under one roof? On this Ravi left his house. And of his grief Bharti had a paralysis attack. Ranjit Kumar s first son whom Bharti s father had handed over to a maid-servent Ganga, so that Bharti s marraige could not get disturbed now had grown young in a village his name is Ramu. Ramu comes to the town - he saves Major Gopal s daughter - Poonam twice from the road romeos and because of Major Gopal he comes in contact with Ranjit and Bharti his parents. Thakur Bhavani Singh heads a gang of dacoits, who have spread terror and fear in the region. His wife has been unable to locate any of their children. Ram and Laxman are taken in by two bandits, and turn to a life of crime, and ironically Ganga is adopted by Harnam Singh. Years later, Bhavani is released from prison, and comes to meet his wife, and is devastated to know that he may never get to see his children again. Bhavani starts living a honest life, not knowing that his estranged sons are leading a life of crime, and that his daughter is now living with the family, whose son he killed.

Honest and dedicated Police Inspector Kumar Chandra Singh intercepts a bank robbery, and is in the process of arresting the bank robbers, when he himself becomes a suspect, and is apprehended with a suitcase containing some of the cash stolen from that bank. Kumar is stripped of his powers as a policeman; is arrested; tried in court; and sentenced to prison. As a result of his arrest, his mother dies of shock and disbelief. He is crippled in an accident, and must use the help of crutches to walk. When he is released from prison, he has only one goal in his life - to find the culprits responsible for his ruin, and humiliation. And for this he finds support in Kamini, Sonia, Sunita, and Shanker Dada, little knowing that one of these women was herself involved in getting him arrested.

Unable to handle the taking of his kingdom by an Indian Government decree, the Maharaja kills himself. His son, Jaipal, takes over as the Maharaja, turns rebel, and refuses to hand over his title and kingdom to the Government. It is in this background that Police Superintendent Dhirendra Singh assumes his duties. When a conflict arises between Jaipal and himself, he is transferred to another town. His father, Thakur Ram Avtaar, wants him to marry a childhood friend, Janki, the daughter of Thakur Pratap Singh. When he meets her, he falls in love with her, not knowing that she has given her heart to Manu Pratap Singh, with whose family there is animosity as Pratap's sister had eloped with a male from their family, & was killed at the hands of Pratap. An enraged Pratap, when he finds out about Janki's affair, has her married to Dhirendra. On the day of the marriage, Jaipal's nephew abducts Janki, but is shot dead by Manu. A pregnant Janki goes to live with Dhirendra, while Manu is sentenced to prison for life. An angry Jaipal kills Manu's dad, Thakur Sangram Singh, and sets fire to their house. Then Jaipal sets his eyes on young Kamli, who is Bhanu Pratap Singh's, Manu's brother, sweetheart, gets her pregnant, but refuses to marry her. Kamli, shamed at this, refuses to meet Bhanu. When Bhanu finds out that Jaipal had killed his dad and set fire to their property, he becomes a bandit with several other townspeople, and calls himself Bhavani. Years later, Manu is released from prison for good conduct, decides to make a living as a bounty hunter, hunting down, killing bandits and collecting rewards from SP Dhirendra. The story reaches a climax when Manu goes to hunt down Bhawani, not knowing that it is his own brother; while Jaipal kidnaps Dhirendra's son and holds him for ransom. The question remains will Manu hunt down Bhanu, and will Dhirendra compromise his position for a child that is not his own?

They send their men after the Maharani and the Rajkumar, Amar Singh, however, Sher Khan helps them to escape. They hide Amar in Bhagwan Shri Ganesh's temple, and a poor gypsy couple find and adopt him. In the meantime Sher Khan and a devastated Maharani start organizing a rebellion amongst the people. They gather together an army and start training them. Dhurjan passes away and he leaves behind a son, Vikram, and a daughter, Padmavati. Vikram assumes the throne and he is even more cruel than his dad. In the meantime, Amar has also grown up, has fallen in love with Padmavati and would like to marry her. His foster mother has a secret to share with him, but before that could happen, Amar is captured by Vikram's men, held and tortured in a prison cell, and finally he must meet his death when he is to be trampled by the feet of an elephant.

Harimohan lives with his wife, Shanta, and a his young son named, Sunil. He works for a lecherous male, who would like to have sex with Shanta. One night while Harimohan is sent on an errand, the boss molests Shanta, but due to bad weather, Harimohan returns early just in time to stop his boss from raping Shanta. Sunil works undercover, and meets with Baldev Mittal, the only son of Gopaldas Mittal. Baldev is rich and arrogant, and as this results in a clash between these two young men. When a young woman, Sunita, is killed, Sunil finds evidence linking her death with Baldev, and he arrests him, and has him tried for murder. What Sunil does not know that Gopaldas Mittal has an alias - that of Saakhia - a notorious and influential gangster who will never let anyone stand in his way. Sunil also does not know that Saakhia is none other than his own biological father, who is still alive, and has taken to a life of crime.

Captain Chawla has been employed for years with a cargo shipping company run by Ranbir. While celebrating the new year, Chawla hears gunshots and goes below to investigate. He finds out that one of his officers, Gomes, has shot and killed a drunken sailor. Before he could do anything to address this situation, there is an explosion abroad the ship, "Samraat", which subsequently sinks. Ranbir finds out that Chawla was misusing his captaincy and smuggling gold bars, and files a police complaint, Chawla is arrested and imprisoned. His daughter, Suman, returns from England and decides to find out what really happened as her dad claims that he is innocent. In order to carry out this investigation, she hires two crazy divers, Ram and Raju alias Raj, who decide to undertake this mission. Then Ram finds out that the ship contains gold bars which are virtually their's for the taking. He informs Raj, only to find out that Raj is only interested in handing over the gold to the Government, as he has fallen in love with Suman, and wants to assist her in proving her dad's innocence. The question remains will both friends be able to reconcile their differences, and is Chawla really telling the truth?

Ajay alias Munna Babu is a semi-senile, gentle but naive young man who has a wealthy family estate. His employees and alleged well-wishers (Arjun Singh, Jatha Shankar, Munishi Gurbachan, Bhairav) conspire against him and introduce him to his long-estranged mother, Shakuntala, and brother, Vijay. Munna is overjoyed, not knowing that they are devious impersonators. This joy is quite short-lived, as they soon show their true colors, and Munna gets killed. His restless spirit seeks out his real brother and appeals to him to avenge his death. Vijay, at first, thinks he is hallucinating, but when his mother confirms that he indeed had a twin brother, he agrees to accompany Munna's spirit back to where he was killed, and thus assist him complete his vengeance. Things do not go as planned, and Vijay himself becomes their victim, and may face the very same fate as Munna.

Shyamlal has a happy family with his wife Anu, and step-brother Ram. Anu take care of Ram as her own son. Anu's mother came to her house, who wants that Anu should hate Ram. This creates rift between Anu and Ram.
