Prophecy Courses
What is prophecy?
Prophecy is a message relayed to humanity through a prophet. These prophets claim to receive messages from gods or deities. Famous prophecies include those from prophetess sources in greek stories and Hebrew or Roman sources from the bible.
Prophecies often foretell future events, but in some cases, they offer a message of warning or disdain from the deity source. Prophets that deliver a message of God's will are often ill-received from the society they belong to, but in some cases, prophets are highly respected members of society.
From biblical prophecies of old to the latest QAnon conspiracy theories, humans have a fascination with prophetic sources. Prophets almost always claim to have special knowledge, foretelling future world events and understanding God's will. Famous examples of this special knowledge include Nostradamus and sources from Christianity, such as the book of Revelations.
