The Good Wife star Archie Panjabi has teamed up with Idris Elba for new Apple TV+ series Hijack.
The actress, who played Kalinda Sharma in the hit CBS series, will take on the role of counter-terrorism officer Zahra Gahfoor in the new thriller, who becomes part of an investigation into a hijacked airliner.
The show is told in real time as a hijacked plane travels to London over the course of seven hours, as authorities desperately try to find answers.

Elba takes on the role of business negotiator Sam Nelson, who must use his skills to try and save the passengers. However, his high-risk strategy has the potential to backfire.
Hijack comes from Lupin writer George Kay and is directed by The Wrong Mans' Jim Field Smith, with Elba acting as an executive producer as part of a first-look deal with Apple TV+.
As well as The Good Wife, Panjabi has starred in a number of projects over the years, including Bend It Like Beckham, and more recently Star Wars: The Bad Batch and the third season of Snowpiercer.

Meanwhile, Elba recently wrapped filming on the Luther movie, which will see him return as DCI John Luther from the BBC series.
Speaking about making the movie, he told The Jess Cagle Show: "I just finished filming about three weeks ago, it was a grim shoot.
"Oh my gosh. I'm reading the script and then: 'He does what? Wow, this is incredible!' And then I'm actually doing it. I find myself freezing in some dark cave or something, but no spoilers."
Hijack is set to stream on Apple TV+. A release date is yet to be confirmed.
