  • Deny Designs is the wholesale brand for Society6.com artists. To join our complimentary wholesale program, please sign up at denydesigns.com/account/register. For personal purchases, visit society.com.
  • When approved to the wholesale program, customers will have access to the prices on the website.
How do I reset my password?
  • If the password is forgotten, please visit the login page and select Forgot password?. You’ll receive an email from DenyDesigns to reset your password. Depending on your spam settings, some emails may be sent to your junk or spam folder.
Can I create wishlists on denydesigns.com?
  • To create a wishlist, go to Account and click Favorites. From there, select New List to create a new wishlist and insert a list name. To add products to the wishlist, browse any of our home decor and click Add to Wishlist.
What is the difference between Wholesale and Society6 Trade Program
  • Deny Designs Wholesale Program is developed for resale customers, ideal for wholesale partners and retailers. Society6 Trade Program is built to support hospitality clients and interior designers.

What are the payment options?
  • We accept the following forms of payment:
    - Discover, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express - Credit, Debit, and Prepaid Debit cards
Are there International Fees? How much do they cost?
  • International orders may be subject to additional duties, customs, or carrier delivery charges. Duty and customs policies vary widely from country to country and are applied by the destination country’s Customs Office at their discretion. Carrier delivery fees, including COD fees, may also be assessed at the time your order is delivered.
How long does international shipping take?
  • International shipping can take up to 7-15 Business Days*. In rare cases, some orders may experience an additional 1-2 weeks of transit time.
Are my orders tax-exempted?
  • Please include your signed Resale Certificate on your wholesale application.

How do I make changes to my order?
  • To change the shipping address or make changes to the order, please contact us within 3 hours of purchasing. Contact [email protected] with your order number.
How do I track my order?
  • As soon as the order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. Just click on the tracking number and we will direct you to one of our shipping partner’s site for updates on the shipment.
Can I cancel my order?
  • The order may be canceled within 3 hours of purchasing by contacting us. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders after 3 hours since they are all made to order and ship soon thereafter.

How do I view past orders?
  • Your order history is located in your Profile. Just click the Profile icon to view your past orders.
Can you change color or orientation of an artist’s work?
  • Unfortunately, we cannot. Our artists design pieces with very specific colors in mind, therefore we are not permitted to make changes ourselves.
Can you make the product in a custom size?
  • Due to our production processes, we are not able to produce items in custom sizes (this is true for all products).
Can I print my own designs on your products?
We offer Create Your Own Custom for many of our products.

After you submit your Create Your Own Custom order, our art team will review each image to ensure it is of proper quality and will meet your every expectation! If any quality issues arise, you will be notified prior to the product being printed.

By using the Deny Designs website and services, and uploading your artwork, you agree to our copyright policy and assert that you have the appropriate rights to the artwork to allow us to create your design.

What is your return policy?
Wholesale orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product is deemed defective.

  • Items MUST be in unused condition.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 10 business days of the delivery date.
  • Shipping & Handling fees paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.
  • Bulk item orders (20+ items) are not eligible for return.
  • Replacement products can be provided for damaged items.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To expedite the replacement process, please include images of damaged goods with your order number at support@denydesigns.

How long will it take for my order to arrive, once it ships?
  • Deny Designs has multiple warehouses all over the United States, so your order may be split into different shipments
  • Once the order has shipped, the expected timeframe is:
    - US Customers: 5-10 business days
    - International Customer: Ship times vary by destination.
  • We are currently unable to ship to PO boxes.

Can I ship my order to multiple addresses?
  • If you’d like to ship your order to multiple addresses, place a separate order for each shipping address. Additional shipping fees will apply.

How do I drop ship from Deny Designs to my customers?
  • Promote our wholesale product on your website or social media. Once you received orders for the products, place an order on denydesigns.com
  • To place an order, please login to DenyDesigns.com, add items to cart, and checkout. Fill out the field of shipping address with the customer’s address and pay for the order accordingly. We accept all major credit card Net terms provided upon approval.
Do your packing slips include pricing information?
  • Our packing slip does not include pricing or Deny Designs’ information.
How do I promote your products on my website?
  • For promotional purposes, we recommend ordering samples and photographing your own product images. Due to SEO rankings on Google (Search Engine Optimization), people may not find your products if you use our images. If you decide to download our images, please use Firefox or Safari browsers. Chrome does not allow users to download the images as JPG files.
Where can I find tracking information for my dropship orders?
  • Our products are made to order. Once the product is ready, tracking information will be emailed to you. Tracking information can also be found under Past Orders
