♦ MYNGA ♦ [pronounced Minga = dialect and stands for Munich] was formed in April 2014 by Philipp and Simon, two music producers and DJs from Munich, Germany. “Back Home" featuring Cosmo Klein on the vocals was their first single and was released in September 2014 via Sony Music and Universal / Island Records. The EP came along with remixes by Matoma, Bender and Kayliox and received huge international recognition aswell as got played and supported by guys like Oliver Heldens, Robin Schulz, Felix Jaehn, Bakermat, Thomas Jack, Klingande, Faul & Wad Ad, MÖWE and many more.
Following this massive success their remix in 2015 for Michael Calfan's summer hit "Treasured Soul" reached more than 7 million streams, followed by the incredible take on Journey's classic tune "Don't Stop Believing" which blew off and reached more than 10 million plays on MYNGA's Soundcloud. With more than 50 Million streams on Spotify and counting they are continuing to deliver cross-over genre danceable music.
