Important Update: Potential Canada Post Strike & Shipping Guidelines

We wish to inform you of a significant development that may affect the delivery of course materials soon. Canada Post may be in a position to strike as of Friday, November 15, 2024. This potential action could disrupt the delivery of all wall documents and frames that are typically shipped through their services.

We strongly advise all candidates enrolling in courses that require textbooks or other physical materials to take note of the following important shipping guideline:

When registering for your course, please ensure that you provide a complete street address rather than a P.O. Box. This adjustment is crucial because, in the event of a Canada Post strike, unfortunately, UPS is unable to deliver items to P.O. Boxes, making it imperative that a full street address is provided at the time of registration.

We understand the importance of having all your course materials on time and are committed to taking proactive steps to minimize any inconvenience that may arise due to the potential strike. By adhering to the above guideline, you can help ensure that your learning experience remains smooth and uninterrupted.

Digital badges are portable image files that allow you to share your credentials across the web. You can post them to your email signature, personal website, social media channels—even to electronic copies of your resume. The CSI badge logos include personalized metadata, which ties your badge to your personal achievements. That means interested parties can confirm the skills required to earn and maintain a CSI credential.

How do Digital Badges work?

CSI digital badges provide credential holders with the measured value. How? Through a single click, an individual (such as a manager, human resource staff, or peer) will automatically move to an overview page that provides metadata of your qualifications and specialized skills. Details on the process to complete, earn and maintain the credential will also be available.
