The Nectar Hybrid mattress is a basic hybrid memory foam bed that mimics the feel of Tempur-Pedic at an incredibly low price. The Casper Original mattress is Casper's older base model. I sleep on the Casper Select mattress from Costco, and while it isn't quite the same as the Casper Original, it is very similar. When I tested the Original, I noticed that it's a bit firmer than my own bed, but it still has the same neutral foam feel. It is 11 inches thick, and its knit cover is the same as the Capser Element. Unlike the Element, it has Zoned Support, designed to be softer near your shoulders and hips but firmer in the middle to support your back.

From time to time, I take melatonin supplements to help me sleep, and for years, I have been using the Natrol Sleep brand. I like that these specifically dissolve on the tongue, so I don't need water, and the dosage of 5 mg is perfect. Note that these are strawberry flavored, so if you don't like the taste, I recommend brushing your teeth after you take your supplements.
