Social media advent calendar helps Bournemouth teen battle eating disorder

Megan Shaw wants to make the younger version of herself "proud" this Christmas as she continues her recovery from an eating disorder.

The 19-year-old from Bournemouth is recovering from anorexia and her "fear food" advent calendar has gone viral on social media.

During the year she filled a jar with all of the foods and recorded videos of herself tackling them, gaining millions of views.

Recently she has been doing the same with a list of Christmas-related food.
