Yes or No (film)

Yes or No (Thai: อยากรัก ก็รักเลย; rtgs: Yak Rak Ko Rak Loei; literally "Let's Love As We Wish") is a Thai Film starring Sucharat "Aom" Manaying and Suppanad "Tina" Jitaleela. It was directed by Sarasawadee Wongsompetch. Yes or No seems to be the first film giving a serious lead role to a Tom (butch lesbian) character played by Jittaleela while Manaying plays Pie whose hostility to Toms parallels her mother’s strong and vocal prejudices.

Plot

Pie comes from an upper middle class Thai family that adheres to traditional thought and customs, including the very vocal disapproval of homosexuality. Kim, on the other hand, carries herself with deliberate masculinity that defies convention and intimidates Pie upon first encounter, so much so that she immediately requests a roommate change which the college promptly denies.

Pie is reluctant to converse or interact with her roommate so she takes tape and draws boundaries in the room to separate her space from Kim’s to avoid as much contact as possible. On the first day of class, Kim by chance meets Jane, who is seen still crying after her breakup. Kim offers her a handkerchief and Jane immediately gets smitten by her. Later that week, Jane walks into Pie and Kim's room and is embarrassed and shocked to see Kim. She immediately walks out, then comes back in and drags Pie out in the hallway. Jane confesses that Kim is the girl she has fallen for and uses Pie to get an introduction and thus begins her chase for Kim.

Yes or No ? is a 1920 American silent drama film directed by Roy William Neill and starring Norma Talmadge. It is based on the 1917 Broadway play Yes or No by Arthur Goodrich. Talmadge and Joe Schenck produced the picture and released it through First National Exhibitors.

It is preserved at the Library of Congress.

Yes or No (game show)

Yes or No is a version of Deal or No Deal airing in South Korea. The prizes range from as little as 10 won (about US$0.01 and S$0.01, less than €0.01 and £0.01) to as much as 100,000,000 won (about US$104,000, €83,000, S$130,000, and £55,000). The show is currently hosted by Shin Dong-yup (신동엽), a famous comedian in Korea.

The top prize was won by Lee Chang-geun (이창근) on the episode aired on June 23, 2007.

Comedian Park Su-hong (박수홍) also won 100,000,000 won when the top prize was raised to 200,000,000 won on October 9, 2007. He donated his winnings to CJ Donors Camp.

The player is given several chances to change his/her bag and open it right away. In later episodes, there are "red line" which contains highest five price ranges. In red line version two players will play in first three round second player will open last case if all of the red line amount opened before round 3 ends second player will get opportunity to play the real game
