Nuts & Bolts

 

So, I've had these little robot, doggy and sentiment stamps for a long, long time.  I knew some day the inspiration to use them would come to me.  I recently added the nuts & bolts dies from Stampin' Up to my every growing collection of dies and as it turns out when I saw this week's challenge at Allsorts Challenge

viola! a card was born.

Wouldn't these cute, happy fish help anyone to turn their frown upside down.

This week's challenge at Hand Stamped Sentiments is a sketch challenge (see below) so I put this card together to submit to the challenge.  I used Avery Elle stamps, Zig markers, Brass & Bliss papers and some gems to make my card.

Pretty Blue Anemone

 

I just added this lovely Anemome bloom die cut from Memory Box to my collection.  I will be adding my card to the challenge at the Cut It Up Challenge this week; the challenge is to use your favorite color, as you can see my favorite color is blue.

Autumn thank you card

 

Autumn is my favorite season, the colorful trees, the cool temperatures all are so refreshing.  I made this card for a friend who put together an end of season marina party and my card also fits the challenge at Hand Stamped Sentiments so I'm submitting it to the challenge.

I'm loving some new items I bought for making cards.  I was inspired to make this card by the current challenge at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge which is Layer it Up / Use Ephemera. I will be submitting my card to the challenge.

Pretty daisies on wooden background

I recently purchased a paper pack and die cut elements from 49th & Market called Botanical Buzz; my card is made using some of the paper and die cuts.  I added 3 rows of lace to match the lace on the Tag.

I will be submitting my card to the challenge at Inspirational, use a tag.
