Technical Details

FediMeteo uses Open-Meteo for accurate weather data and automatically publishes updates to the Fediverse. Our system ensures that each city receives unique weather updates in a timely manner.

Thanks to snac, a lightweight yet powerful social platform compatible with the ActivityPub protocol (popularized by Mastodon), you can follow the weather for any city through your account on any instance, via RSS feed, or directly on the city's webpage.

This project is powered by Python scripts and open Fediverse standards, ensuring seamless integration for users.
