But, IF the sugar has piled up in your veins, or IF your New Year’s resolutions include starting your morning with protein—here is a just right, super easy, make ahead breakfast (or snacky snack). Yes, these are inspired by Mr. Big Coffee; the recipe is from @lovelydelites. Egg Bites by @lovelydelites Ingredients: - 3 cups egg whites (I used half eggs/half whites) - 1 cup cottage cheese - 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese - Salt + pepper to taste - ¼ cup diced roasted or raw red bell pepper - ¼ cup finely chopped spinach - Boiling hot water - Cooking spray . Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350℉ and prepare a silicone muffin mold by generously coating it with non-stick spray. 2. Finely chop the roasted or raw red bell pepper and spinach. (Good spot to include bacon, ham, etc). Set aside. 3. I used a hand mixer (😘 @kitchenaidusa), but a blender also works (😘 @kitchenaidusa) — to mix eggs, cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese for 60 seconds. You want to add in air. Bubbles are your friend! 4. Divide veggies/ goodies between muffin wells, then fill each one with the egg mixture about ¾ of the way full and sprinkle with salt and pepper. I also sprinkled Parmesan cheese on top—but I like shredded cheddar or mozzarella even more. 5. Place your filled muffin tin onto a baking sheet in the middle rack of your 350 degree oven. Fill the baking sheet with boiling water about ½ of the way up the liners, then bake for about 30-35 minutes or until the tops are firm the touch. 6. The dicey very important step—switch your oven to broil and watch 👀 closely for two minutes or until the tops of your egg bites are crunchy brown. 7. Remove from the oven. Let cool for a couple of minutes before removing from the mold and enjoy warm! 8. Yum. | Jennifer Garner

Oh my gosh. Look at that. Alright, I have my peppers and my onions down and now, I'm just going to add in some pepperoni and I know I've asked you guys what you guys like on your pizza. So, I definitely have thought about that when I made this pizza. You guys will love it. Next, I have some mushrooms that I sauteed, some Italian sausage and I just got the mild Italian sausage 'cuz I like to actually add my own red pepper flakes and decide how hot I want it but you guys can get whatever you like. I'm going to sprinkle with some red pepper flakes just to add a little heat. Just a little bit of grated parmesan on top of that. Probably a couple tablespoons worth. Shredded mozzarella. Yum. I'm also going to use provolone cheese. We're almost done. This is coming together so fast. So I am going to have us make just a really quick pizza sauce. Super quick. Super easy. 15 ounces of tomato sauce. One can or six ounces of tomato paste. Couple tablespoons of oregano. Couple tablespoons of Italian. These about a half a tablespoon of garlic salt, a half a teaspoon of onion powder, half a teaspoon of garlic powder, and then sprinkle of pepper. That's it. How easy is that? So we're just going to whisk that together. Say you made your own sauce. There you go. So I'm just going to whip them on top. Alright. We need the dough. We're just going to use refrigerated pizza dough. I'm just going to stretch it a little bit before I put it so I want it to cover that bottom but I also wanted to kind of go around the sides so that when we flip it over it holds all the ingredients in tuck it in all the way so it can kind of hold that pizza in okay one last thing and this is going in the oven so how good was that we are just going to brush with a little bit of garlic olive oil I'm just going to drizzle that and then brush it on just to give that crust a little extra flavor okay in the oven 400 degrees for about 25 minutes until the crust is nice and golden and then we'll flip it upside down. Alright. Our pizza crust is so nice and golden and nice and crispy. So, it's time to flip it over. One, two, three. Okay. This way. Okay. Here we go. Oh my gosh. Look at that. That is beautiful. That looks Delicious. Yum. Okay. I'm going to sprinkle the little bit of Parmesan over this. Who doesn't love a extra Parmesan on their pizza? This looks so good. Super excited about trying this. It is deep dish. Very crispy. Mm mm mm. Oh look at that. Yum. That looks so good. Lots of cheese. Yum. Okay. Here we go. Yum. See all those layers, all the yumminess of the deep dish. That is so good. Fat Deep Dish Supreme Upside Down Pizza. It's so good. I hope you guys try it.
