Chinese Restaurant Style Beef & Broccoli
This Chinese Restaurant Style Beef & Broccoli is almost too easy to make. It tastes like takeout from a Chinese restaurant. 30 minutes & simple ingredients for this delish meal. Pair with fluffy brown rice or brown rice noodles for a balanced meal. It’s an easy way to get protein, veggies, carbs and healthy fats in a delicious way. I use short grain brown rice - which is super fluffy. Make your own teriyaki sauce! Mix together: water, soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch & garlic to your liking!
Healthy Sheet Pan Teriyaki Tofu Dinner
Sheet pan dinners allow you to make everything on one pan alone. EASY clean up. EASY to make. Not only is this Teriyaki Tofu Dinner easy to make but it is so delicious and filled with flavor. Snap peas taste WAY better when cooked. It brings out the most delicious sweetness. Bok choy is up there as one of my new favorite veggies too. It tastes really good when sautéed, but also gets this amazing crunch when you roast it just a little. Try with tofu or meat for a vegetarian or meat dinner.

Creamy Broccoli Cheddar Soup
This creamy soup is bursting with flavor and couldn’t be easier to make. And the bread bowl?! Chef’s kiss. Talk about delicious! I know you’re going to love this Broccoli Cheddar Soup. If you’re familiar with it, this totally reminds me of the famous soup from Panera. I dk about you, but I used to live for their bread bowls. Getting little bites of warm sourdough bread as you eat your soup? Perfection. And then eating the bowl that’s become soft and full of soup flavor? Even better.
Spinach & Ricotta Stuffed Shells
A meal that’s cheesy, warm, comforting and loaded with good stuff. These Spinach & Ricotta Stuffed Shells have it all. These are packed with so much goodness too. The “stuffing” is a mix of ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg and spinach. Not only are each of these foods delicious, but they also add protein, fats, fiber, vitamins and minerals to this dish. These nutrients help to make it not only hearty, but also filling and nutritious too. This delicious recipe is a must try!

Using tongs, dip 1 lb of chicken tenders first in the egg mixture and then the breadcrumb mixture until well coated. Placed on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle 1 Tbsp olive oil over the chicken tenders. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until an internal temp of 165 F is reached, flipping halfway.

High Protein Pizza Dip
There’s always something so fun about a dip. Add bread, add veggies, or eat it plain. Sometimes switching things up and turning traditional foods - like pizza - into a dip is way to make food fun. This dip is fun. It’s also beyond delicious!!! You’ve got perfectly melty cheese and salty pepperoni. It also has a base layer made with Greek yogurt that makes the dip extra creamy and really ups the protein in it. Between the Greek yogurt, cheese, and pepperoni, this dip has a lot of protein. I love it as an appetizer - especially if you’re serving guests. Set it out with some toasted sourdough bread or pita chips. Your guests will love it! And look, you can also totally make this one for just yourself too. If you want to make less, simply half the recipe and use a smaller skillet.
