Both these roses were pressed at the same time almost three weeks ago. The one on the left is pressed whole or complete, and the one on the right was deconstructed then reconstructed once pressed. The deconstructed rose is already dry and the petals have more definition, whereas the complete rose needs longer in the press. Taking the bulk out of the center and leaving a couple layers of petals eliminates that issue. Once you turn them inside out, you have a gorgeous rose face to press! Tip!
