heale🌿 on Instagram: "How to manually release the intestines🩵

As society gets more sedentary, our fascia tends to stiffen up. A reduction of flow around the intestines can cause issues like constipation, hip tightness, and more. In Chinese medicine, the small intestine is responsible for separating clear and turbid thoughts; just as it does fluids. The large intestine is responsible for letting go; just as it does stool. Tight fascia around our intestines can alter these functions and excretion overall. Restoring optimal intestinal function relieves the detoxification burden from the skin, allowing our skin to use its energy to heal.

The Psoas release by @humangarage organ reset program is a quick and easy way to relieve that intestinal tension to promote movement and flow.

Reed Franco on Instagram: "🙏Send this to someone with tight hips! ❗️If you struggle with hip impingement like I do than listen up. You are not doomed to pain with exercise like I thought I was. 💪Here is a great hip distraction I use a lot, especially when my hip is aggravated. The goal with the distraction technique is to create a little more space in the hip joint while doing a little dynamic hip rotation movement. I really like to use this technique when I have a big lower body day or if I am hitting some jiu jitsu. I personally use this technique before exercise as I noticed it has not only greatly increased my hip discomfort but also increased my hip range of motion in a lot of different planes. #hip #hippain #hippainrelief #mobility #physicaltherapy #rehab #fai #hipexercise Hip Impingement Exercises, Hip Impingement, Gym Plan, Hip Pain Relief, Hip Mobility, Hip Muscles, Tight Hips, Hip Pain, Hip Workout
