Just thought I would share a photo of a 40th Golf themed birthday cake I made recently. Fondant icing created the green, blue chocolate for the water, biscuit crumbs for the bunker and coconut dyed with green food colouring for the grass. The golf all is made from fondant and the flag is made from a cocktail stick with a paper flag. I've used a black writing pen around the hole to make it look deep! A little figure of a golfer finishes the cake and a 40th candle too.
