My favorite way to enjoy this bread is as a chicken salad sandwich with lettuce & tomato… trust me on this! 3 cups bread flour 1 tbsp granulated sugar 1/2 tsp active dry yeast 2 tsp salt 1/2 cup chopped pecans 3/4 cup dried cranberries 1 1/2 cup warm water (110 - 115 F) 1. In a large bowl, add flour, salt, sugar, dry yeast, cranberries & walnuts. Stir to combine. Add warm water and gently mix until there are no more flour streaks, but don’t over mix.
