Super cute two layer tutu skirt in a nice sunny yellow! This skirt is handmade from a 12" long roll, 25yards of soft smooth yellow Bridal tulle. The tulle is tightly machine gathered, doubled, serged and sewn to the yellow fabric covered elastic waistband. This skirt is made to be around mid thigh at 12" long. Please be sure to measure, everyone is different. Our tutus are fully sewn, never tied. they are machine washable and dryer safe. This skirt is not made yet, It is made when ordered!
