Antique Heart Locket / Repousse Gold Filled Locket / 10k Locket Holder / Art Nouveau Locket / Antique Necklace

This is a beautiful antique repousse heart shaped locket rendered in gold fill dating from the late 1800's to early 1900's. Features an exceptionally beautiful image of a ladies head with a flower. She reminds me of the Flower Fairies, as she appears to wearing the flower as a hat/bonnet. There is some age appropriate wear to the gold fill finish and there are no photo frames. The photo and handwritten note in the photo above were inside the locket when I purchased it. Locket opens closes as it should. Not including the ring at the top, she measures 1 1/8" tall and wide. I have paired this beautiful piece with a locket holder that has been fashioned from a 10k yellow gold stick pin featuring a tear shaped green gemstone, that I believe is either Jade or Adventurine, and single prong set pearl. The locket can easily be removed and any pendant, lavalier, watch or locket of your choice can be added making this a very versatile piece. The chain is new and a lovely 3 in 1 link pattern in 14k gold fill measuring a total of 16". All items are gift boxed ready for giving.
