This gold letter necklace features a gold initial charm on a chain to create a necklace of all 14K gold filled metal. The gold initial charm is hand stamped by me creating this personalized letter necklace. Gold filled metal contains a thick layer of 14 karat gold over a base metal. My Lyla necklace will not turn colors or flake/chip like plated gold. I use a traditional hand stamping tool to impress the letter into the surface of the gold pendant. Each pendant is made to order with the letter of your choice. Please specify the letter in the blank message box at checkout. PENDANT measures - 5/8" (about the size of a U.S. dime), approximately 16 mm. The pendant is a lovely weight 20 gauge metal. You can choose a finish from one of three: 1) shiny (shown on "E") 2) brushed (shown on "A") 3) hammered edge (shown on "K") Select from the drop-down box for that option. The last photo shows all the letters available. They have been darkened on sterling silver for greater contrast and visibility. I have several chain length choices. 16", 18" and 20" are the lengths shown in the sample and the same weight.
