Do the three exercises right after each other whiteout a pause so you train your cardio vasculin system as well. Do three rounds in total.

1️⃣ back pulls. Elbows close to your body and pull the rubber band as high and controlled as possible. Hold on the highest point for a second.
3 x 20 reps

2️⃣ push ups with weight. Just use small weights like 1-5kg Engage your core, do every moment as high and controlled as as possible. If this is to challenging, try it without weights.
3 x 10-20 reps depending on your level 

3️⃣ this is a variation of the shi gong horse stance where your hover your hips over the ground. Your feets pointing outside same direction as your Horse Stance, Paddle Surf, Push Ups, Level 3, Rubber Band, High Point, Join Me, Cardio, Push Up
