A delicious, buttery, tender and moist Sooji (Rava) cake with the richness of Mawa. I promise, once you try this recipe, you will definitely make it again again 😋❤️

1 cup Fine semolina 160g 
1/2 cup 60g Maida 
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar (100g) 
Splash of vanilla 
125g Grated Mawa 
1 tsp Baking powder 
1/2 tsp Baking soda 
1/4 cup Softened Butter (50g) 
2 tbsp Oil (20g) 
1/2 cup Yoghurt (120g) 
1/2 cup Milk (120g) 

* Add butter to a bowl along with sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Whisk until light and fluffy. 
* Then add grated mawa, oil and yoghurt and whisk again. 
* Add  baking powder and baking soda whisk again. Lastly add sooji and Maida along with milk. Add milk in batches.

Measurements:-
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 1/2 cup curd
• 2 tbsp thandai powder
• Some saffron strands
• 1+1/4 cup rava
• 3/4 cup milk

👉Mix everything mentioned above & let the batter rest for 1 hour,

• 1/4 cup all purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• Pinch of salt

👉 Mix these ingredients and add them to the batter followed by 

• 1/4 cup milk

👉 Transfer the batter to a cake tin, and bake the cake for 40-45 mins in a preheated oven, at 180°C (or until the skewers inserted come out clean)
👉 Drizzle saffron infused sugar syrup for more fun 😍
