I’m excited to share a new quilt tutorial with you called Hexaround. I just love this quilt!!! It is made with jelly rolls (pre-cut 2 1/2” strips) and the fabric I chose is called Frankie , by one of my favorite designers Basic Grey.

Jolie is a fast, fun, scrappy quilt! Simple blocks chain-piece easily for a quick project. The pattern comes with five size options and is pre-cut friendly using either fat quarters, or jelly roll strips with charm or layer cake squares. This throw version features a mix of AGF Rosewood and Foresta Fusion fabrics on a light gray background.

Jelly rolls can make it so easy to quickly finish a quilt top, but how many jelly rolls to make a quilt? Jelly roll fabric strips are 2 1/2" wide by the width of the fabric, making it pretty nice when it comes to sewing straight lines.
