How in the world could that help it? There is actual science behind this! When certain plants are pinched, it sends them into a survival mode and it causes them to come back stronger and produce more flowers. These two shoots they send up will put on double the amount of blooms. 🥳

Now disclaimer, this method doesn’t work for all flowers just some like dahlias, zinnias, snapdragons, sweet peas, larkspur, salvia…and herbs too like Basil and Mint
