2-light setup-- MAIN is a softbox straight down. RIM is obviously seen in the photo in the upper left (yes, I'm allowed to leave it in there, snicker-snicker). Do you know what's great about mirrors?  They act as a reflecting light source (see the rim lighting on the shoulder/arm and top of her head).  1/250 second at f/2.0, ISO 200.  Lens was the Panasonic-Leica 42.5mm/1.2 prime.
