Felt christmas star

This Nordic folk art inspired star ornament is hand stitched in layers of felt with appliqued and embroidered leaves, and finished with a small button.It measures 4 inches / 10cm wide, has a plain felt back and a cotton loop for hanging.The star is part of a collection including the Berry heart and the Mistletoe heart shown in the final photos. I made this to go at the top of my all-felt tree. Two layers with an opening left at the bottom to slip over the top branch.
