No bench? No problem, you can come to the floor for the moves on the bench. Alternating chest and triceps each move here so no need to rest between moves. Take a 1-3 minute rest between rounds.

12 reps, 3 rounds

1. Alternating cross raise
2. Overhead tricep extension
3. Chest fly
4. Skull crusher
5. Chest press
6. Narrow tricep press (sound on to hear the different between moves 5 and 6)

This morning I wasn’t feeling that well ( no walk today , Tequila was happy about it , she loves it but always for the first 50 steps I have to pull her because she keeps going in reverse 🤦🏽‍♀️and then she remembers that she loves the walk and starts walking forward , sometimes she doesn’t so some “air jail “ 😉 for a couple of minutes , good arm workout for me 😅
After an hour I felt much better and here’s the routine 

9 Exercises- 3 series ( you can do 3 or 4 series , you decide 😊) 3 Trisets ( 3 exercises in a row no resting in between) one min rest between series .

1▪️ Chest - 12 reps - I am using 10 lbs dumbbells 
2▪️Triceps - Right , left , both is one rep - 8 reps - 8 lbs dumbbells 
3▪️ Abs - Walking Forward, Upper Body Day, Good Arm Workouts, Chest Fly, The Routine, The Walk, Fit Body, Arm Workout, Keep Going

And today’s homework and for all the workouts 😊 to focus on the muscle that we are working on. Usually I am pretty good doing that but today while doing one of the chest exercises I went to Lalaland , I was scheduling things on my head and not paying too much attention to what I was doing and what happened it’s that I wasn’t keeping my glutes up , they were sinking and my arms were going everywhere 🫣 I was losing the form so I had to repeat it 🤷🏽‍♀️ it’s very importante to keep our mind in what we are doing , it’s only one hour ✨
