Remember that this is a rough estimate, it’s super difficult to determine the exact number, but this gives you a rough estimate on how much you should be eating in order to be in a deficit. However, I would recommend you use a calorie calculator online because this will account your height!  Steps:  ✅ figure out your maintenance calories by multiplying your body weight by 14 and 16  ✅ the number you get multiplying by 14 is for someone not as active  ✅ the number you get multiplying by 16 is for someone super active. If you aren’t sure which one, you can go somewhere in the middle of both numbers.  ✅ Then subtract your deficit.
