When installing nib walls, niches, and shelf walls it’s always the highest quality finish when they are built to the hight of a factory edge tile. You can finish these of nicely with either aluminium trim or mitred edges as shown in this video.

To achieve this perfect finish you need to get your carpenters and tilers to work together on the height and placement of the frame.

This is always the most crucial part as once it is built, sheeted and waterproof, there is no going back.

So communication is key 🔑

✅ Get your carpenter and tiler in the same room and have your tiler work out the tile layout to maximise the largest tiles possible around the room.
