Tastes like chocolate cheesecake, with a smooth mousse-like consistency! • 2 cups cottage cheese 1 tsp vanilla 3/4 cup chocolate chips 1/2 tbsp coconut oil 6 tbsp cocoa powder • 1️⃣Add the cottage cheese and vanilla to a high speed blender. Blend until very smooth. 2️⃣Melt the chocolate. Add the chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl with the coconut oil. Heat in 30 second intervals, mixing after each interval until smooth. 3️⃣Add the cottage cheese and melted chocolate to a mixing bowl, and quickly fold the ingredients together until well mixed.
