Cedar plus drywall design ideas

Jeff and I are trying to decide what balance of cedar and drywall we will have in The Lucky Cowgirl 2. The designer has drawn in some overhead rafters and we know we will have cedar ceilings in the living room and master bedroom, as well as, the yellow pine floors that were there before. We will also frame all of the beautiful 1/3 windows with cedar trim like we have now in the guest house. We can stop there or add one cedar wall as an accent wall in each room, or do a 36" wainscoted.
