Slightly freeze the Brie for 30 minutes, then carefully scrape off some of the rind if desired. Slice or cube the cheese thinly. Prepare the Puff Pastry: Cut the puff pastry into 4 rectangles by halving it both lengthwise and widthwise Spread a layer of cranberry sauce over each rectangle and top with slices of Brie and a sprinkle of chopped nuts. Shape the Twists: Roll each rectangle tightly, then slice it in half lengthwise. Twist the two halves together with the filling facing outward, tucking the ends underneath. Repeat for all pieces to make 8 twists. Bake the Twists: Arrange the twists on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, brush with egg wash, and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and flaky.
